THE SALE & ALLOCATION PROCESS

The registration period for the 10 rural homes in Boord starts on Friday, Oct. 20, 2023. At that time, the final prices will be known and you can submit your preferences via the registration form.

The exclusive sales book will be available to you Oct. 20

Would you like to come in possession of an exclusive sales book? Then you can contact Van Santvoort Makelaars by phone starting Friday, October 20 at noon to schedule an appointment to pick it up along with the price list and registration form. During the appointment, the broker will give a brief explanation about the homes, the process and the registration form. Questions can also be asked. This is possible at both the Eindhoven office (Torenallee 65) and the Nuenen office (Berg 2).

Would you like to register for a property?

After you have visited the broker, you can indicate your preferences via the registration form you received through the broker. After the sale has started the form can also be downloaded from the project website. When you have completed the registration form, please send it to: nieuwbouw@eindhoven.vansantvoort.nl

Registration deadline closes on Monday, Oct. 30, 9 a.m.

All registration forms turned in before the closing date will be processed and reviewed. Homes will be assigned after the registration deadline. You will be notified no later than Friday, Nov. 3.

The allocation

No consideration will be given to who registers first, but to the candidate who is most concrete. We try to allocate 1st preference as much as possible, striving for the best possible occupancy of the building numbers. If several candidates have indicated a preference for a particular building number, the allocation will be made to the most concrete candidates. We will also look at your financial situation and possibilities (you can indicate this on the registration form or let the broker know). After all, the sooner the homes are sold, the sooner we can start construction.

Sales call

Have you been assigned for a property? If so, you will be invited to a sales interview at developer Rezidenz Development. During this meeting you will have the opportunity to ask your questions about the sales information and the homes. During this meeting, the developer will answer as many questions as possible, discuss your wishes and explain the rest of the buyer process.

Reserve List

In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate you a property, you will be notified by the broker as soon as possible. You will automatically be placed on the reserve list. If your preferred home becomes available later, you will receive a message from the broker as soon as possible.
