High quality sanitary ware and tiles
The basic bathrooms and toilets will be beautifully and completely finished. Quality brands from Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe AXOR have been chosen for the sanitaryware and faucets. The sanitaryware, taps and tiles carefully chosen for the home can of course be tailored to your living requirements. The consultants in the showrooms are therefore at your service to adjust everything completely to your wishes. Reserved amounts
About €80,000 has been set aside for the kitchen, plumbing and tiles. This depends in part on the building number. You can expand the basic selection or choose to drop parts. If you drop items, you will receive a refund for those items. During the buyer's meeting, you can express your wishes and a list of more or less work will be drawn up. High-quality interior design & materialization
The staircase from the first floor to the1st floor will be constructed as an "open steel staircase" with a center tree and beautiful oak steps. Along the open side / void of the stairs there will be a steel banister with glass plates and along the wall side of the stairs there will be a steel black banister. From the entrance to the living room and from the entrance to the kitchen, chic steel pivot doors with glass will be applied.

Where can you find everything about finishing?
In the technical description you will find everything about the finishing of the house. In addition to the kitchen, plumbing and tiles mentioned, you will experience quality in, for example:
- tightly plastered walls and ceilings;
- a full program of electrical outlets with recessed spotlights in various rooms;
- additional pv panels than necessary in the base;
- a fully insulated outdoor shed/garage with a floor for additional storage space.
